These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.grevoro.com (the "Site"), operated by Grevoro Platforms Private Limited (CIN: U46691KA2025PTC207448) ("Grevoro," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms; if you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. The Site
Grevoro manufactures low-carbon steel, aluminium, and allied metals, and recycled materials (rPET, rPP, rPE), supported by our GREMI platform and Grevoro Capital. The Site is informational — it shares business, product, and career information and lets you submit enquiries or applications. It does not support online sales or transactions.
2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
The Site is meant for business and professional visitors at least 18 years old (or acting for an authorised entity). You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; introduce malware or disrupt the Site; scrape or commercially redistribute Site content; submit false information through our forms; or impersonate any person or entity.
3. Intellectual Property
All Site content — text, graphics, logos, the Grevoro name, and the GREMI platform and branding — belongs to Grevoro and is protected under Copyrights Act. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our written consent, and nothing here grants you rights in our trademarks or technology.
4. Submissions
Information you submit via our Contact Us or Careers forms — including resumes and enquiry details — must be accurate. We'll use it to respond to your request, per our Privacy Policy; you grant us a limited licence to do so.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose. Product and capability information is general and not a binding offer or quote. To the extent permitted by Indian law, Grevoro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of it or breach of these Terms.
6. Third-Party Links & Privacy
The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g., LinkedIn) we don't control or endorse. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data under the DPDP Act, 2023.
7. Suspension, Changes & Termination
We may suspend or restrict access for violations of these Terms, and may update the Site or these Terms at any time — continued use after changes means you accept them. Provisions on IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
